Homemade marmalade, yacon syrup and jam
When there is too much abundance and we struggle to keep up, we try to conserve the produce. This year we had a big mandarine harvest and made some marmalade. We have also made lime marmalade this year, and yacon syrup (a much sought after, low GI sweetener). Strawberries and mulberries are coming on, we’ll be making some jam in a few more weeks!
